About Us

1915churches is a project started by Hal and Émilie Gatewood. We're really excited with the potential this service can offer churches around the world.

We are both graduates of Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma City and now attend the Ville-Émard Church of Christ.

We started by building the website BibleTalk.ca which is home to hundreds of articles, audio lessons and videos on the Bible.

About Our Software

We've built this site under a model called Service as a Software. Our software is always stored on our servers and maintained by us. We basically grant you access to our software, however, your domain and content is always owned by you. The convienience of this allows you to quickly and easily get a website up and running. This also allows us to package all the great features a church website needs and allows everyone to use them. If we come up with a new feature, every one the churches using our system will get it instantly.

We feel that this approach can not just help churches get on the web but will enable them to succeed once they get there.
